Ice Scream

Ice Scream is a first-person horror adventure game from Keplerians. The story begins when the player sees an ice cream seller named Rod kidnap a child from the neighborhood. Rod looks friendly at first, but he has a hidden plan. The player must enter his ice cream van, follow him to different places, and find out where the missing children are taken.

Neighborhood Horror Setup

The game has a clear story, but it is not presented as a long cinematic campaign. The main objective is to rescue the kidnapped child and uncover Rod’s secrets. The ice cream van is important because it works as transportation between different locations. By hiding inside it, the player can travel to new scenarios and continue the investigation. Each place contains objects, clues, and locked areas that are needed for progress.

Stealth, Puzzles, and Exploration

Gameplay is based on moving quietly, searching areas, and solving puzzles. Rod can hear the player’s movements, so running without a plan can make the situation harder. The player has to hide, deceive him, collect useful items, and use them in the correct places. The game does not focus on fighting. Survival depends on avoiding Rod and completing objectives before he catches the player.

The first game focuses on the neighborhood, the van, and the mystery around Rod. Later games expand the story with more areas, including Rod’s factory and other connected places. The difficulty setting changes how dangerous the game feels and how carefully the player must move.

To play effectively, the player should listen for Rod, move carefully through each location, and remember where important items are found. It is useful to explore one area at a time instead of running randomly. If Rod gets close, hiding or changing direction can give the player time to continue the puzzle.
