To play, the user starts a shift, keeps an eye on incoming incidents, and responds as quickly as possible. It is important not to send every unit to one problem, because another emergency may appear somewhere else. The player should match the service to the situation, keep units spread across the map, and upgrade vehicles or equipment when possible. The main goal is to solve emergencies, reduce losses, manage limited resources, and finish each duty with the city as safe as possible.
